Hot Yoga

This upbeat, dynamic class will move fluidly through a creative sequence and is designed to connect breath with movement.

Each class is uniquely structured and sequenced, but you can always expect a moderately-paced practice linking breath with movement. Each class will focus on increased strength, core stability, and a flexible body. The outcome: a stronger body, calmer mind, and more balanced state of being.

All-levels (Previous yoga classes are helpful but not required) Towel recommended.

Hot Deep Stretch

It’s like a massage on your yoga mat.

Get ready for total rest and relaxation. Hot Deep Stretch is a deeply restorative practice focusing on longer holds and total-body stretches.

Hot Deep Stretch moves slowly, stretching the body from head to toe; postures are held longer to encourage flexibility through the progressive release of connective tissue (fascia). This class focuses on the large muscle groups that commonly hold stress such as the hips, lower back and shoulders. This class provides a calm and relaxing space to let go of tension, focus on your breath, and let all your stresses fall away.

Sprinkled with heat, this all-levels class is perfect for active athletes and a great compliment to any active practice.

Hatha
Builds strength, increases flexibility and muscle tone, brings focus to the mind, encourages physical and mental balance, develops proper body alignment, reduces stress, encourages a sense of calm and peace, and increases lung capacity for better breathing.

Align Yoga

Perfect for unwinding in the evening, this slower Iyengar-style yoga focuses on helping you gain the most out of each pose through teaching correct alignment and the use of props.
We emphasize correct core muscle activation and balancing opposing muscle groups. You will find unexpected strength and stamina as you apply these principles to all your daily activities.

This class is designed for participants of all levels to complement personal daily
yoga practice. We will be starting with basic asanas, standing and seated, twisting poses, and inversions (with modifications specific for you).
