It’s no secret that hot yoga is popular. Yoga studios all over the US are full of heated studios and packed of yogis who are committed to their hot yoga practice.
Yoga alone without added heat is challenging enough. Teachers ask for you to put your body into weird shapes, activating more muscles than you think is possible, and somehow with a bent leg, arms actively outstretched, you’re supposed to breathe deeply.
Add in heat and sweat drips off the body almost immediately. It’s a whole other experience that will change your yoga practice for sure, and maybe even hook you into the world of yoga.
At Studio 1010, you will find that most of our classes are hot.
Why you ask?

As a yoga teacher who has practiced and taught in both heated and non-heated studios, I think it’s important to find the type of style of yoga that resonates with you. For some, hot yoga feels amazing. Others, not so much. Know your limits, listen to your body, and have fun!
We look forward to seeing you for hot yoga! Check out our schedule here.
